Based on the efforts of the Al-Ahsa Municipality to enhance its partnerships and initiatives that support the participation of the private sector in serving the community and contributing to advancing the wheel of development and progress in the city, the municipality signed an investment contract to implement development, operation and maintenance projects in Abu Hasis Mountain on an area of ​​100 thousand square meters, with investment returns estimated at about 11 million and 500 thousand riyals. The Mayor of Al-Ahsa, Eng. Issam bin Abdul Latif Al-Mulla, explained that the investment project for (establishing, operating and maintaining Abu Hasis Mountain) includes the establishment of a tourist resort that includes environmentally friendly rural lodges, in addition to sites designated for sports, entertainment and cultural activities and implementing various workshops, stressing that the signing of this contract comes as an embodiment of the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, in light of the directives and support of our wise leadership - may God support it - and to enhance the partnership and cooperation between the public and private sectors to contribute to community service and expansion in the fields of municipal investment.
