While the Department of “Customer Services and Customer Experience” in Al-Ahsa Municipality completed the service for 6,194 customers during the first quarter of the current year 2023, statistics issued by the General Administration of Digital Transformation revealed that the same period witnessed the provision of electronic services to municipal customers in several service paths, and this included (supporting 579 service requests Land sorting, 114 applications for land consolidation, 21 applications for annexation of land appendices, issuing 9 construction completion certificates, supporting 466 applications for updating land deeds, supporting 22 applications for paid parking, processing 122 applications on the Isnad platform, interacting with 194 e-mail messages, sending 330,790 text messages to customers. Completed 43 electronic municipal transactions, in addition to providing services to 412 clients through the Saudi Business Center.
Mayor of Al-Ahsa, Eng. Issam bin Abdul Latif Al-Mulla, stressed that the municipality will continue its endeavors aimed at the continuous development of its municipal services provided to all segments of customers, in order to enhance digital transformation and achieve the strategic goals of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing in the municipal and housing sectors according to a sustainable digital system that aims to reach pioneering services for smart digital cities.
