Undertaking form for the use of thermal insulation:
According to the Royal Decree No. (6927/MB) dated 9/22/1431 AH, referred to in the telegram of His Highness the Minister No. (47453) dated 06/9/1431 AH, replying to the telegram of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers No. (13247/B) dated 3/1431/ 17 e to approve the mandatory application of thermal insulation on all new buildings, whether residential or any other facilities, similar to government facilities in the main cities in the regions of the Kingdom.
Therefore, we hope that the previous high order will be adhered to, as the papers submitted to the concerned municipality to issue the building permit include a written pledge from the owner that the electrical service will not be delivered if the thermal insulation is not implemented in accordance with the Saudi Building Code, and the details are included in the initial and final approved plans.
