The Mayor of Al-Ahsa, Engineer Issam bin Abdul Latif Al-Mulla, explained that, based on the Municipality’s endeavor to strengthen its partnerships and initiatives that support the participation of the private sector in community service and contribute to advancing development in the city, 3 investment contracts “two contracts for tourism activities, a contract for health activities” were signed between the Municipality and investors. (Al-Mousa Health Group, Ali Othman Al-Rukban, Abdul Moneim Rashid Al-Rashed) for a period of 25 years, with investment returns estimated at 52 million and 872 thousand and 500 riyals, in accordance with the protocols approved in this aspect. Al-Mulla revealed that the investment contracts include (establishing, operating and maintaining a dispensary on a designated land with an area of 18,000 square meters in the Al-Quds neighborhood, south of Al-Hofuf, near King Abdullah Environmental Park, establishing, operating, developing and maintaining a tourist destination in Al-Uqair Beach, implementing development, operation and maintenance work for Mahasin Park in the city of Mubarraz with an area 18,200 square meters, including recreational, cultural, social and investment elements. Al-Mulla noted that these partnerships embody the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 under the guidance and support of our wise leadership - may God support it - and to enhance partnership and cooperation between the public and private sectors as a contribution to community service and expansion in areas of municipal investment. Al-Mulla extended his thanks and appreciation to the investors for their initiative and their endeavor to enhance complementarity and cooperation between the public and private sectors to serve the community and participate in the development renaissance of Al-Ahsa.
