Al-Ahsa Municipality continues, through the (Balady) platform, to receive requests to issue a compliance certificate for buildings located within the targeted axes in the geographical explorer, and that meet the requirements approved by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in line with its efforts to improve the urban landscape, address visual distortion elements, and raise the quality of the urban environment, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The municipality explained that the number of compliance certificates it issued amounted to 3961 compliance certificates, indicating that the certificate is periodic and is granted to owners of existing and new buildings and is issued through the "Balady" platform, and proves that the buildings are free of the minimum elements of visual distortion, while adhering to the requirements and conditions contained in the Building Compliance Certificate Procedures Guide.
