Interactive, and in the current period, plans are underway to develop 8 digital services that include developments for (the unified central system for approved plans, the electronic application for managing employee tasks, the “Request Compensation for Real Estate Victims” service affiliated with the Expropriation Department, the joint collection platform for the “Investment, Collection, and Legal Administration” departments), The electronic system for purchasing copies of plans, the field control application for parks and gardens, the electronic system for the Tamheer program, and a package of updates to the user accounts system)
In addition, the Director of the General Administration for Digital Transformation, Eng. Muhammad Al-Faqiri said that the digital statistics for the third quarter of the current year 2023 witnessed (processing 123 requests on the Isnad platform, interacting with 658 e-mail messages, completing 26 electronic municipal transactions, dealing with 6,337 text messages), and the secretariat also provided its municipal services to 367 clients through the center. Saudi Business Company, which means facilitating the procedures for starting, conducting, and terminating economic businesses and providing all related services and work, adding that the same period during which electronic services were provided to customers through (supporting 608 requests for “sorting, merging, and annexing land appendages” services, supporting 803 requests to update land deeds, supporting 22 requests for paid parking).
Al-Faqiri added... while the statistics for license applications through the “Baladi platform” included the implementation of (1,812 applications for commercial licenses, 3,048 applications for construction licenses, 8,683 applications for infrastructure coordination licenses, 10,024 applications for health certificates, the issuance of 109 licenses for mobile stores, 780 applications for lighting maintenance). In addition to receiving 162 applications for competition for investment opportunities.
As for municipal services in public health outlets, 1,208 checks were conducted to trace the sources of meat through the “Wathiq” program, and 1,384 requests were applied through the “Weqaya” program to inspect and ensure the quality of sterilization devices in barber salons.
Al-Faqiri stressed that this comes to enhance digital transformation and achieve the strategic goals of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing in the municipal and housing sectors according to a sustainable digital system.
