Al-Ahsa Municipality, represented by the General Administration of Human Resources, has strengthened its efforts to complete and implement 20 “services, programs and initiatives” aimed at developing human resources and strengthening the municipality’s service and community role.
Last year, 2023, witnessed the implementation of 28 training programs that benefited 910 male and female employees, the approval of 79 jobs in the municipal systems and the Hyperon system of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, the appointment of 18 male and female employees in the wages section and 16 female employees in the Tazafar program, and the recruitment of 61 employees through competency and attraction programs, and the promotion of 289. Male and female employees, providing training to 370 male and female trainees in the Tamheer program.
While 480 community monitors were accepted for training through the community monitor initiative, 1,765 “job performance” requests were studied and approved, 7 job inquiries platforms were created, 4,400 transactions were electronically archived, 1,010 secretariat system vacations were approved, and 661 male and female employees’ data were documented and corrected, in addition. To complete 1,100 job questionnaires to measure the level of job engagement, and to refer, save and cancel 12,100 transactions to internal and external parties via the administrative communications system.
