Al-Ahsa Municipality obtains the international accreditation certificate "ISO" in customer service

While Al-Ahsa Municipality obtained an international accreditation certificate (ISO10002) in the General Administration of Customer Service and Customer Experience, which represents success and excellence in the municipality's services provided to customers, the Digital Transformation Agency developed 11 digital systems and platforms during the third quarter of this year 2024, and this comes as an extension of the municipality's efforts to develop its services, in order to achieve the goals of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in enhancing municipal digital services. The Undersecretary of the Municipality for Digital Transformation, Eng. Muhammad Al-Faqiri, explained that the systems and platforms that were developed include (Yumnak system to track requests and provide accurate statistics that reflect employee performance, the collection platform, the third chapter projects follow-up system, the human resources platform to follow up on jobs and employees, the central archive system to enhance the efficiency of document management and preservation, the cooperative training platform, the workforce platform, the real estate expropriation compensation system for the public interest, the project tendering and awarding system, the code classification system, and the jobs system on the "APEX" platform). Eng. Mohammed Al-Faqiri added: The same period witnessed the implementation of (2428 requests for commercial licenses, 6226 requests for construction licenses, 6615 requests for infrastructure coordination licenses, 24 requests for the development of collective housing for individuals), in addition to receiving 1340 requests to compete for investment opportunities. The Secretariat also provided technical support to clients, which was represented in (processing 6 requests on the Isnad platform, interacting with 548 emails, dealing with 70043 text messages, supporting 168 requests to include surplus lands, supporting 42 requests submitted by the Grievance Committee), in addition to providing municipal services to 4157 clients in service centers at the Secretariat’s headquarters, agencies, municipalities, and the Saudi Business Center.
