In continuation of the procedural and executive plans to remove properties obstructing the paths of development projects, Al-Ahsa Municipality has taken its steps to begin implementing the second phase of the development project (continuity of Prince Saud bin Jalawi Road with Riyadh Road and Prince Muhammad bin Fahd Road), and this comes from the reality of planning and development studies approved by Expropriation of about 12 properties blocking the path of Prince Saud bin Jalawi Road - Riyadh Road in the second phase of the project, after the expropriation of 30 properties in the first phase of the project.
Al-Ahsa Municipality called on the owners of properties objecting to the project in its second phase (12 properties) located in the organizational chart (4/1291) to review the expropriation department at the municipality’s headquarters within a week from the date of Rabi’ al-Akhir 7 (October 22, 2023), bringing the documents proving ownership of the property to complete the project. Procedures followed in this regard.
The municipality stressed that the project comes within its objectives in implementing development and service projects, including those studies related to the expropriation of real estate ownership in favor of vital road and street lanes within Al-Ahsa and on its sprawling outskirts to the north, south, east and west, with the aim of contributing to the flow of traffic, based on the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by providing advanced municipal services. In light of the unlimited support from our wise leadership - may God support it - to all sectors at various levels, and the municipal sector in particular, to achieve service goals and support the quality of life program.
